I have an easy touch pentair refill spa

I tried to heat up my spa but instead it drained it. I tried to fill it by putting it into service and putting the pump to fill. But nothing is happening. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it???

Welcome to TFP... A Great resource for all your pool questions...

I assume you have automated valves that automatically move to select either the pool or spa.

I suggest you put the EasyTouch back to auto and watch the automated valves. If they move, wait until they stop.

Then, select the spa mode and watch the valves. Both the Intake and Return valves should move about 180 degrees.

My guess is that one of your valves is not moving and is most likely bad.
