Concrete pool pad not quite level

I am in the process of replacing an 8 year old round 24 foot Intex AGP with the Sun and Play Oxford. The pool sits on a 25 foot round concrete pad that is not quite level, off by about 2 inches. Is there a way to level this? The Intex pool never had a problem other than noticing the off level of the water surface to the liner. Thanks in advance for your input.

My thoughts are:

1. leave it as is (the old pool lasted 8 years).
2. Self-Leveling concrete.
3. Add sand.
4. I also read an article that said to use shingles to level the bottom rail.

The concrete pad is raised above ground which should discourage washout. Reusing gorilla pad, adding 1/2 inch rigid sheets and coving.

Thoughts?
