sinking IG pool - how much is acceptable?

Hi everyone,

I have a 15 year old IG pool. When it was first constructed, it was so beautiful. I remember being impressed with how the tile was so straight and that the water level went up to the grout line all around the pool.

Lately, the water line is about 3/8" lower on one end than the other. How much is acceptable? If it needs to be fixed, would a home owner's policy cover it? I'd imagine that it's a big job?

Please share a picture of what you are seeing and the area around the problem.

I wonder if home owners would take care of it. I guess you could call and ask them. That would be good info for us all to know.
