Your pool is really coming along! We love having the gray granite liner. The color will be really gorgeous when your water clears up.

Hopefully your sparky gets there, but if need be, you can add some chlorine and stir it around with your pool brush. Or buy a $40/$50 submersible pump and drop it in to circulate the water (but with no swimming while it's in there of course)

Finally electrician came to get pump going. Started it yesterday at 4pm. Put 10 gallons of liquid chlorine in and 3lbs of stabilizer I think. I just now see bottom of shallow end a little! Going to get water tested again later today to see how numbers look.

I see you say "get the water tested today"...........you do not have your own test kit? If not you really need to get one of your own. I know the pool $tore will test it for free but they get it so wrong so many times and will try to sell you stuff you really don't need. Look in my siggy below on the one I think is the best bang for the buck.

Have you added any CYA (stabilizer) yet? If not you need to as it acts as a sunscreen for you FC (Free chlorine).

I am going to share a set of links I put together for a new pool owner. It is a lot of info so go slow and ask LOTS of questions:

Love it!!! I bet that slide is fast with the angle! Does the board bounce good?

Kim:kim:

Diving board bounces pretty well well I think and slide is pretty fast. Kids like to go down head first most of time.
