Ok. the water is balance etc... When I do a check in the morning , the whole spa is clear. The afternoon comes around (Hawaii, sun) the water over the bench is clear but the water on the bottom is green. I know it has nothing to do with chemistry. I think the plaster on the bottom is slightly green. the bench color is still nice and gray. How can I clean the bottom of the spa plaster back to gray?

My bet is that the FC is low. My tub does that sometimes. Got any yes you results. Or if FC is above minimum for your CYA the maybe it is just the angle of the sun.
First thing to try is an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test and if it doesn't pass then SLAM Process the spa.
