Vacuuming never done

No matter how many times I vacuum my pool, the next day I still have what looks like dirt on the bottom. Could this be a filter issue? Pool chemistry is right where it should be (water is sparkling)

It's probably dust or pollen. Try Skimmer Socks/kneehighs stretched over the skimmer basket. (Clean them off once a day) See if that helps.
