Hi, don't mean to step on anyone's toes but a hayward valve won't work. Your going to need a 2" pentair slide valve.

Thank you. I don't know if mine is going bad or what, but water came out thru the top middle earlier today, but I stopped everything, let the system kind of reset, then backwashed again and there was no water coming up.... not sure what really happened, but I'm hoping that was just a fluke.
