Phosphate and cloudy pool with added scum line

Hi i am at my wits end . My pool has been cloudy for 3 days now with no solution in sight.
Chemistry per my own professional kit is
Fc 4
Ta 80
Ph 7.7
Cy 30
Calcium h 150

Pool shop had very similar results. Additional reading was phosphate 226.

After putting in phosphate remover per instructions from poolshop and filter company i have now had a cloudy pool for 3 going on 4 days. Have tried some clarifier but did nothing.

Cleaned the scum line and it returns in a day.

Any advice would be grateful

What is cc? If cc 0, then nothing is growing. Phosphate do not matter if you keep algae and such killed off. You have something suspended in the water and have to filter it. Not sure what is suspended in the water but doesn't really matter if it's dead. Run pump/filter continuously other than cleaning filter. And delay cleaning filter as long as possible. A slightly clogged filter actually works better as long as no channels or tears occur

CC can be 0 even with algae growing in the pool in the beginning. Agreed, phosphates do not matter. Pools that are cloudy and/or slimy have algae. The way to kill algae is to follow this process, SLAM Process.

It sounds like it clouded up from the phosphate remover, is this right? The phosphate remover will form a white cloudy pool and takes time to clear. Some phosphate removers have clairifiers in them while others don't. Also, some filters will clear it up faster that others.

Are you running the pump 24/7?

Has the filter pressure increased?

Yes phosphate remover caused the cloudyness i think. Cc is under .5 pool shop days .39 my test only sensitive to a single drop which suggests a .5 reading.
