Can anyone help. I have an IPool (10ft X 6ft and 5ft deep) in my garage. I keep the chemicals up well. But this black dust accumulates at the bottom. [FONT="] If I stir it up it disappears. [/FONT] If I use the hand held skimmer net it just [FONT="]disintegrates disappears as I wave through it.
I run the filter but I guess it settles to the bottom and does not go through the filter--or it passes through it. I even sweep the pool and stir it up while running the pump/filter.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I changed to a new filter and swept pool several times while pump/filter ran.
