I am draining my pool right now because of high CH (800+) and high CYA. I am going to replace some tiles also while empty. I will probably start refilling in two days and hoping to get some advice on what I may need to add as it refills?

That depends on your fill water TA and CH levels. The one thing you can be sure of needing is CYA.
