IC 20 - IC 40 salt sanitizer system

I have had a salt sanitizer for three years. Looks like I now need to replace the cell. When I looked at it I noticed my servicing company installed an IC-20 and I have 30,000 gallons of water in the pool. I was wondering if I can just buy the IC-40 replacement cell and use it within the same generator, or are the sizes different. thx

The IntelliChlor power center (the power supply) will work with both the IC-20 and IC-40 cells.
