OK I ordered the TF 10 test kit and a speed stir but im clueless as what to do after i do my measure, is there a chart or something i compare color results to? I did not see that included except for the one in the K-1000 Basic PH and Chlorine test

The only test where you have to compare colors is the pH test.
Once you get your test kit, take the readings and then post back here with the results, like this...

Most of the TF-100 aren't color comparison tests they are color change tests. There are instructions with the kit.

do you still use the speed stir for the CYA Test?
You can use the speedstir if you use a cylinder to mix the water and reagent, or just use the bottle that came with the test kit and swirl the mixture by hand. Either way should wield the same results. The key is to have 50% water and 50% reagent and mix them for a good 30 seconds.
