Walmart chemicals

I need to buy 14lbs. of stabilizer and 31 lbs. of calcium chloride. Could someone tell me the exact name of the Aqua Chem stuff I need to buy at Walmart??? I got sooooo confused reading the labels.
Swim World is the only LPS in town and they have stabilizer that says CYA on it (good for a noob like me) for 4lbs @ $16. Is that too high? :?

I haven't been able to find it at the wallyworlds around us for several months so I resorted to eBay! I hate going to an overpriced pool store!
I found it for $14.99 for 5 lb. shipped <$3/lb>.
