Raise Calcium Hardness with Scotwood Winter Heat?

Living in South Louisiana it's difficult to get my hands on affordable ice melt to raise my Calcium Hardness. Read some other posts on TFP about possible ice melts, but didn't find any mention of Scotwood's 'Winter Heat'. http://www.scotwoodindustries.com/brands/11/products/25

I was wrongly sent this product and was wondering if it could be safely used in my pool?

Msds sheet mentions:
Calcium Chloride % 90-97 Pellet 010043-52-4Sodium Chloride % 1-2 007647-14-5
Strontium Chloride % 0-1 010476-85-4
Water % 007732-18-5

Would this be ok to use safely?

Yes, it is fine to use that product to raise CH.
