Is my pool Chemistry OK?

I am an Atlanta Georgia resident, my water chemistry is listed below. Do I need to increase my TA? I plan to keep my pool running through the winter. Appreciate any other suggestions/comments.

CL: 2.8 - all free chlorine
PH: 7.4 - 8.0 range - I add Muriatic acid 2x per week to balance, just added yesterday, this is the normal range.
TA: 60 - has dropped from about 110 this past April.
CYA: 65
CH: 275
Salt: 3,100 - my SWG has recently failed, I am maintaining CL levels using Bleach through the winter and will replace SWG in the spring.
TDS: 3,300
phosphates < 100

I run my filter about 5 hours per day.

Thanks, I test with Taylor kit not Leslie, I changed my Signature. I use the table from pool school so I guess I know the answer, I need to bump my TA. I just thought going into winter it might not be as critical or drop much between now and spring.
