Salt cement finish question

Had the salt cement finish for my new pool this summer. The result is not good. Has anyone ever had a deck spray put over a salt finish? Anyone ever had an old salt finish cement renewed and if so what was your results and experiences?

I don't think this is a forum issue. We are DIY pool owners and few, if any, will have any experience with laying concrete.......not should we have an opinion on any financial disputes between you and PB.
