Booster Pump humming

Polaris Booster Pump Motor B625 is humming away. I tried:

Replacing the start capacitor ( same specs)
Hitting the sides of the motor
Spinning the shaft while the motor is humming. Shaft spins easily.
I removed all the wires from the motor and then plugged them back in

Which leads (wire colors) can I check with my meter to make sure that it is getting the proper voltage?

Any other ideas?

More then likely its shot probably just need a new motor you took all the proper steps so far. I would just by a new pb460 on amazon I think they are only about 250.00 free shipping
