also... I've looked for posts on this topic but not finding anything...what levels are safe to swim in..esp pH and Cl? I figure we swim in lakes/streams without Cl and do OK, but are there numbers that are too high or low to be safe in any of the chems we test?

PH is swimmable between 7.2 and 7.8.
I will swim in FC between the minimum and shock level, both based you your current CYA level. Some other people will swim in wider ranges.
