I can't help you on this specific model, but it sounds like it is time for a new circulation pump, I had something similar happen when I first bought my Hot Spring tub (used tub), as it turned out the circulation pump was only running at about half speed.
No board cuts the power to pump. Checked power coming of board.

In the case of my tub the flow problem was in the pump itself, pump ran, did not make extra noise, just only had a fraction of the flow it should have put out.
