About a 1/2 hour from P.S.U.
Opened to a green mess once again, shocked till holding overnight.
I still can't see the bottom due to white cloudy water, have put a nylon over skim basket and with a few kids swimming in it, noticed more stuff being caught but still can't see bottom.

Numbers are..
FC 3.5
CC .5
TC 4
PH 7.8
TA 90
CYA 40

Only lost 1.5 PPM overnight which has been my norm over the past few seasons, have been running the pump 24/7 for 2 weeks now.
Just changed sand in filter last season and pump seems to be working fine.
Should I take it back up to shock level to get rid of the .5 CC?
Add DE to the filter to help with the cloudiness?

The usual rules of thumb have you shock until CC is .5 or less, lose no more than 1ppm overnight, and the water is clear. You've got one out of three. It can take sand filters a while to clear up cloudiness, a 1/2 lb of DE can help with that.
