Looking for opinions on placement of pool.

Yard is 30 ft deep 80 ft wide. Pool is 38 x18 including 8 ft deep tanning ledge.

Looks like you nailed it! Not sure it could go anywhere else. Will you have privacy from your spa? Hard to tell what is below and to the left of the picture.

8 ft privacy fence, yards slopes down toward the chaise lounges.
This concept is from 4th PB...will have 12 x12 patios on each end of pool.

Will also add lighting along the fence line.

12x12 is a nice size. We have similar spaces on both sides in our design. What about covered patio size? Will you be able to sit and entertain in "front" of your pool?

My covered patio is 10 x 18, which will be updated with texture spray to match new areas.
I have been reading all the builds for several months now. Have gotten a lot of great ideas, probably driving the PB crazy. So far tho I've only made four changes to the original design?

Who knows what is "normal"? Would I want someone else picking out something that important to MY build? NOPE! I would go down to the stone yard and do your own picking. No telling what he picks

Decided to extend bench in front of spa and added steps.
The pool looks huge !

Thanks! Decided I might need those steps as I get older lol
There will be very little grass to mow, which means more time in the pool!
