I`m just popping in to say exactly that^ and ask a question that has likely been asked several thousand times before.. which is.. dose putting an abg pool 3ft into the ground suddenly become an in-ground pool?
I am certain it will change the barrier aspect of the law ( going from 4ft barrier to a 6 ft), but I cannot find anything top tell if anything else changes. I have read here and across the web, that because it is still considered an "ABG pool" because of its construction, it will not cause home insurance to rise. But I am still wondering what if anything changes due to lowering 3ft into the ground.
