My pool pump motor went out last saturday. Ordered a replacement motor from inyo pool supply. Motor was scheduled for delivery on 9/22 and arrived on time. While waiting on the new motor to arrive, I simply followed my daily routine with adding bleach. I turned on the water hose and poured the bleach onto the stream of water as it filled the pool and then did my daily leaf raking hile letting the water fill for about 15 minutes. Installed the pump and let it run overnight. Took my first water sample since the motor went out and all of my readings are spot on. I am sold on the tfp method and the advice you can get from reading all the posts in the forums...
