Any downfall to installing a "too big" heater?

We are contemplating a 200,000 BTU heater for our 21' foot round pool.
It is used, 1 year old and a good price which is why we are looking at it.

Up here in Ontario, even with the great summer we had our swimming season is just too short and we need some help!

Is there any real problem with installing a heater that is "too big" for our pool.
The Hayward website states that we should have something more around 130K BTU....

Other than cost, there is no downside. The larger the heater, the quicker it can heat. However, if you want the heater for on demand heating, you might find that even 200k is too small. With that size pool and heater, it will raise the temperature less than 2 degrees per hour.

If you're considering a used heater, make sure it is still hooked up and working before you buy it. You also need to Consider the age of it. You have no idea how much more life you may get from it so you are really rolling the dice on a used heater.

If it's a natural gas unit you may need a bigger meter or a larger feed line from the meter to the heater.

I know we are taking a gamble on a used unit. Unfortunately it is not hooked up as it was purchased with other equipment from a pool fill in. The people we are buying from bought the lot for the other stuff that came with it to change over to a saltwater pool. They already have a heater so didn't need this.
It is reportedly only one season old.

we don't currently have a heater so the gas line needs to be run out to the pool anyway.
We are worrying about those logistics next season.
