Paint that will hold up in a pool?

I have several stainless steel plates that will be covering the return channel for my fast-lane.

I am considering painting the plates to make them prettier, what paints hold up well to pool chemicals?

I see Home Depot (online) sells Duralax marine grade paint, will that work?

In our experience, no paint holds up long in the pool environment. I think it's less the chemicals and more that there are just inherent problems with painted objects constantly wetted/submerged in any body of water.
