Motor or Pump not working?

So after this discussion. Looking to replace Pool Pump, Need Advice.

I decided to just reduce the number of hours the pool filtered to 2.5 hours per day instead of buying a new pump.

But this recently happened last week.

Any idea what is going on here? Seems like the pump isn't turning on. But how do I know which is actually not working?

Nevermind, the pump didn't have any water in it. Problem fixed.

Glad you got it working but there appears to be water under the pump. That is usually a sign of a leaking seal. Check to make sure your pump isn't leaking any water while running.

I've check the pump everyday since, i don't see any leaks. I think it's just like moist soil or something. Cause it's all around that area. But ill keep an eye on it.
