Thanks all! I was going to try the tab route until I read your posts. Will buy the powder and get it to 30.

The CYA test solution was not cloudy at all. That was straight tap water, so I am guessing that should be expected that there was no cloud (or very very very mildly so....)

This forum is the best!


PS Yes, our refill went super fast because we had 3 hoses going. Kids had a blast playing in the 6' pool when there was only 2' of water in it ;)
