There is a lot of great info posted on this site. I'm new to building, operating, and owning a pool. We are buying a home in Las Vegas Completion is target of Feb 2017.
Back yard is a pile of dirt. Plan is to have a small pool (and maybe spa), beach entry, negative edge, fire/water element, bbq, and landscape. It's a not so big space, and intended for two adults. The community will have a club house with indoor and outdoor pools. Our goal is to get a little wow factor looking out from the home, something to relax in, and enjoy the view.
I am getting quotes/bids from pool contractors. Also BYOP design guy. Appreciate learning from those in Las Vegas on recommendations for builders, designers, equipment, and subs if I go BYOP.
