Pool junction box pipe brokern and leaking water

Hello,

We are rebuilding our deck and noticed the Pool Junction Pipe is cracked and its leaking water.

Do these normally have water in them?

How should we fix this? Remove broken section and just replace it with another pipe?

Yes, and Yes. Im assuming that, by pool junction pipe, you mean the pool light junction box (one of the pipes leading to). You have to either drain the pool down to below the conduits connection to the light niche, or disconnect and pull the light cord out of the conduit, and plug the line for repairs.
