PVC Strips Drains still available?

My house went through a large hail storm and so the insurance adjuster came out and listed the strip drains on the pool deck as being damaged by hail. My pool was built in 1980 and has old, white , cracked strip drains.

My contractor is telling me that these are no longer available , and since Texas is a "non-matching state", he is also telling me that my Ins. co will not pay for any upgrades to the drains. This means that I need the original type pvc drain.

Are these types of drains still made and installed?
