Questions on first Slam/ Can I use my robotic vacuum?

Hi,

My pool was cloudy today and chlorine wouldn't hold when I kept adding it.

I decided to slam this evening. I have a cya level of 50, so I was targeting a shock level of 20. I overshot and am at FC level of 28, showing CC of .5 now. I didn't test cc before I started (whoops!) Water is looking better...

Can I use my robot tomorrow with chlorine levels this high? How long will it take when slam is over for levels to come back down to a swimable level? Season is almost over, I want to get it back in shape asap.

Yes, you can use your robot with FC at SLAM levels. It is safe to swim up to SLAM level.
