My Stenner won't Stenner

My Stenner pump will not move anything.

I've replaced the tube and it operates but when I test it with a bowl of water nothing happens. I'm not sure you could prime it but its self priming.

Any ideas?

Are the heads rotating?

Yes it roatating. working fine just not moving any water from bowl

Then the heads may need.to be adjusted or the wrong tubing is used. If it doesn't fully squeeze the tube closed, it won't pump.

What model pump do you have?

How old is the pump? If it's a few years old the roller tension springs could have lost tension and the rollers aren't squeezing the tube enough.

Does it have the collapsible rollers? If so make sure they're not locked retracted.
