I am debating on using sched 40 electrical conduit for my pool solar (water) feed lines on the roof. It is a little better suited to harsh UV that we get here in AZ, and should be fine under the relatively low pressure. Just wondering if there is something I may not be considering by going this route.

Opposed to cpvc? Typically a cpvc or poly-tubing is used especially in high exposer areas.
Many use cpvc or paint the lines. Mine are painted black on the roof and to match my house as they drop down.
Yeah, just use white PVC and paint them. You'll want them to match the house anyway.
