Rapid water loss

I lost around 4-6 inches overnight. The water dropped below the skimmers. I put tape up to monitor the loss and it looks to have lost 1/2 Inch in about an hour with the pump off.

Update:
I found a 2" rip in liner. Problem identified. Now for the fix?
