Finally had a chance to work on this today. Made some minor changes that I have gotten a lot of requests about.
1) you can now change the date and time when you enter a note or test
2) main page shows how many days its been since each test

I just logged in tonight to add my test results and noticed I wasn't greeted by the login form. Cookies seem to be working good. I also really like the "days since last test" for each item. It helps me remember when to test those things I don't test every time, like TA or CYA.
Yet. It's on the list. Originally I made this just for me, I added the registration stuff after. I still need to add PW reset and email verification to the registration before I can let more people in.
This may already be on your "to do list", but what about having the app generate the historical numbers in a line chart?
