on behalf of a neighbor.. they were doing their initial fill and noticed an odd seepage coming from the bubbler in the ledge. it's still there after the pool's been filled up. PB said it's normal and not to worry about it for the first week. any idea what he's dealing with here? any reason to be concerned or is this something that'll go away during start-up and regular brushing?
