Need Help. This problem really has me baffled..

It's June 2nd. It's 47 degrees and raining non-stop all day.

Thanks to you chemistry experts, I got my pool sparkling clean. Stains are gone and I'm ready to swim, but it's too cold and wet. I won't even run my heater when it's this cold.

Now what!???? Come on, you guys have all the answers.

I hear that air fares are at an all time low and tickets are easy to get. We are expecting 100 degrees plus humidity (so feels like 105) by this weekend in Texas. Maybe a little dose of "so hot you can hardly breathe" would take your mind off of the chilly damps.

That's an informative article, but I don't want to do genetic engineering unless it involves test kits.
Do they sell test kits for genetic engineers who want to make changes to the weather?
