New above ground hot tub

Hi. I'm new to forums in general. This is my first and only. Help please!

We want to build an above ground hot tub (8ft round) with a natural stone look that "appears" to be a pond with a waterfall cascading down into a small creek/pond.

Gunite or shot-Crete would be a good option, but we live in Casper, WY. No one will come here for this small of s project.

So, thinking of doing a block wall covered in plaster and surrounded by natural stone.

Questions:
1. What are all the plumbing pieces I need to have some jets, filtration, drain, etc. ? No blower. Any kits that come with all this?

2. Best kind of plaster?

3. Do I need a liner?

4. Words of wisdom?
