As Pool Season gets shorter and shorter here in the Northeast....

It's almost the middle of August and my pool guy called me today asking me when he can come to close it up for the season.

I live in New Jersey and I've been in it like 6 times the whole summer!

Can Pool Season get any shorter?

Tooooo early to close the pool!! Its not even Labor Day! Geesh.

Don't close it until the water temp is below 60...this is a big help in maintaining the pool in advance of opening it up again next year. You keep it maintained until then.

"Open Early, Close Late" is our motto.

Where in NJ? We're supposed to have a major heat wave next week with temps in the 90's.
