Question about heater use

I'm a brand new pool owner. I've tried to google the answer but haven't found anything to answer.

When should I run my heater so it's warm water to swim in during day? If it's over night, can I have it running with the solar cover on?

Siggy shows my heater: 200,000 BTU Natural Gas (Hayward)

Thanks

That's really half a question. We don't know what the temperature of your pool is and we don't know what you want it to be. For that size heater/pool figure on maybe 1 or 1.5 degrees an hour (probably closer to 1). Covering it will help retain heat. The risk of leaving it on overnight is that it's hard to predict where you'll end up temperature-wise and it may be warmer than you'd like.
