Proper Order of operation

I Just finished my first water test TF-100 and enjoyed every minute of it. I'm just not sure what to do first. Below are my results:

FC - 4
TC - 4
PH - 7.2
TA - 80
CH - 250
CYA - 68
Salt - 3000
Borate - 30

Please help, I've read all of Pool School, but I think I am on information overload!

PS, my water looks clear, just noticed some small green spots in the corners of my steps in the shallow end (where my Dolphin M400 couldn't get to, so I just brushed it up).

According to your CYA results, you FC is too low.

Congrats on the test kit. Numbers look good. Keep an eye on PH, it will probably climb. And keep FC above minimum at all times for your CYA, [FC/CYA][/FC/CYA].

OK thanks, so just add a gallon of bleach? (as per the PoolMath calc) or do I add more salt and hit "boost" on the AutoPilot and let my SWG make the chlorine?

Bleach is good.

Yes, +1 to bleach. No need to add salt unless the cell gives you a low salt error.
