Jandy Watercolor LED - intermittent

I have 2 large Jandy LED Watercolor lights in the pool. One works fine.

The other light (in shallow end of pool) has something wrong. The light turned off (the deep-end light was still on). Then it turned on & dimmed until it went off again.

Shut-off the power and took a look. The outer-most ring where the pilot-screw goes in can be pulled out.

I'm thinking it may just mean that I have to align & tighten down the pilot screw because that is part of the grounding circuit, correct?

The installation & operations manuals don't provide a lot of help.

I would appreciate any guidance!

Are these 120V or 12 V? Are they controlled by automation or manual?

Its probably a bad bulb or moisture in the fixture itself. It could be wiring but less likley.

Do you have a multi meter?

The ring is "connected" to the equipment ground only if the lights are 120 vac.

I ended up calling my local pool service. They looked and said the light was defective & was probably covered under warranty.
