Week old pool with plaster issues

My pool is a week old and I am having issues with the pool paster. Two spots have appeared that look like rust. A section of plaster near the main drain appears to not be curing properly. Before I address these issues with my contractor, I am seeking advice on the issues. I have attached photos outlining my concerns. Hopefully they are not serious. I appreciate the help.

Are your following PB's start up instructions? The plaster mfg start up instructions? Have you registered your plaster warranty?

Seeing that your pool is only a week old, you should ask your builder that question.
