Drying out slime bag after cleaning

Hello everyone,
New to the forms and I have just a quick question (most of my questions have been answered from previous forum searches so thank you to everyone!). I bought a slime bag to help rid that last of my algae outbreak. When I read the instructions, it had mentioned once wet, do not dry. However, I have seen by many others on here they have used the slimebag multiple seasons. Is there a special way im supposed to care for it once it's dried (after cleaning)?

I know people have used them but did not know they were not suppose to be dried, I think most just use them
