How do I raise the CYA level? I'm not sure what to buy. I just started using BBB but can't keep chlorine leves up. The pool is full of kids and in direct sun all day. It's an intex easy set 12ft pool holds 1,485 gallons of water.

Maybe. It may have something else in it, but stabilizer is CYA. Read the ingredients. The best way to add is to put it in an old sock and hang it where the flowing water will pass over it. Use 7oz by weight in your pool to get to 40ppm CYA.
