When I test daily with the tube that you have to match the colors, what should my chlorine be?

Depends on what your current CYA is. They work together. Please see the Chlorine/CYA Chart (link below in my sig).
That test is just a quick check to see "IF" you have chlorine, it is not a very good indicator of "HOW MUCH" chlorine you actually have. I rarely even use it, but use the pH side all the time.
