Plaster cracks

I was swimming along the bottom of my pool with some goggles on today and noticed a hairline crack along the bottom in the deep end of the pool. I haven't noticed any leaking or anything out of the normal. Should I be concerned, or is this normal?

I've got a few small cracks in the pool. PB fills them with pool putty. He mixes black and white to match the plaster, sorta.
