Question about raising pH

After about 20 gallons of bleach, FC held over night and CC is 0.5 (I think it is probably even less....the solution was only the faintest of pink with the 10ml test) and water looks great.....seems like I am done, right?

As for the next step of lowering TA, we're having about 15 5 year olds over to swim on Monday....hoping that could help with some aeration.

Is there anything else I should do?

If the FC held overnight, that's fine to allow it to drop to "normal" levels.

As for lowering the TA, you understand that the acid Lowers the TA and PH, and the aeration raises the PH back to the desired level. Aeration alone does not lower TA.
