Super chlorinate

Is setting a aqua rite SWG to super chlorinate the same as setting the dial to 100%??

Yes, but usually stays there for a period of time and reverts to original setting. My Intellichlor runs for 24 hours on that setting and reverts.

I would highly suggest if you want a FC boost to just pour in some bleach ... the SWG is too slow to quickly raise the FC level and you are just shortening the life of the cell some.

True. A jug of 8.25% bleach adds 4 ppm to my pool. I always keep 3 or 4 jugs around just in case.
