Discharge Saltwater into landscaping?

I am concerned about discharging my saltwater pool water into my landscaping. Will this eventually kill my bushes?

I have 120' run from my pool to the street so I would like to avoid running a discharge line all of the way to the gutter.

It hasn't killed anything downstream of my pool overflow. Grass, weeds, bushes are a little farther off for me. Plus, it is likely to be raining when the pool is overflowing so that would further dilute it. I don't recall seeing any posts with people reporting trouble with this.

When I backwash and rinse, a lot of water is expelled. Makes me worry about if over time, the salt buildup will kill my landscaping.
